Spring Fling co*cktail — Because nothing rings in fresh air, warm weather, and blooming flowers quite like this Spring Fling co*cktail recipe with peony ice cubes!
It’s springtime and that can mean only one thing: Peony season has arrived! It never gets oldseeing these beautiful flowers flooding our feeds with their big blooms.
I’m guilty of keeping abouquet (or two) in the house at all times during this period of pure floral bliss. Besides providing Instagram gold, there is another reason to keep your house stocked withpeonies: they are edible (you can see the full edible list here)!
Add their petals to salads, soups—or my favorite way to enjoythem—in co*cktails! They can instantly jazz up a simple glass of champagne or add a beautifulaccent to a delicious mixed drink, like this Spring fling co*cktail recipe!
It’s a well-balanceddrink with sweet and tart flavors, plusfloral undertones that compliment the gin. I prefer to mixwith a gin that doesn’t have strong juniper notes that can often mask subtle flavors like the rosewater…
St. Germain practically begs to be used this this time of year. If you have never had thiselderflower liqueur, drop everything and go get it. Right. Now!
It’s on the sweeter side, so addingsome club soda not only adds a fun fizz, but helps keep the drink from being cloying. Are you ready for a spring fling? You may not be able to stop at just one!
