South Florida’s culinary and retail landscape continues to have a diverse array of restaurants and stores.
Here are 13 businesses that have opened or announced openings throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.

Gucci
Gucci opened a new boutique at Dadeland Mall on April 23. The store spans more than 6,000 square feet and carries ready-to-wear collections, handbags, shoes, accessories and cosmetics. The boutique is located at 7535 N. Kendall Drive, Suite 2390A.
Pura Vida
Pura Vida announced it opened a 3,000-square-foot location in Jupiter on April 17. It’s located within Harbourside Place at 147 Soundings Ave. The location is Pura Vida’s fourth restaurant in Palm Beach County. The all-day cafe said it plans to open its fifth location in the county in Delray Beach this summer. The upcoming restaurant will be 4,000 square feet and open at 6 South Ocean Blvd.
MisterO1 Extraordinary Pizza
MisterO1 Extraordinary Pizza will open a new location in Miami-Dade County. Floridian First Realty in Coral Gables announced it brokered the pizza concept’s new lease with Pinecrest Shoppes.The property at 11665 S. Dixie Highway is 2,730 square feet and newly renovated. MisterO1 anticipates it will open in June 2024. The restaurant signed a 10-year lease. Michelle Gonzalez of Floridian First Realty was the licensed broker of record. Danny Pou from Hialeah-based Horizon Properties represented the lessor, MMG Pinecrest Shoppes, LLC.
The Port of Peri Peri
The Port of Peri Peri, an authentic Portuguese restaurant franchise, announced it is slated to open its first South Florida location in Pembroke Pines on June 8. The eatery is located at 15817 Pines Blvd. Port of Peri Peri’s menu includes flame-grilled chicken, spicy sauces and halal dishes.
Garage
Garage, a Canadian-founded women’s fashion retailer opened in Palm Beach Gardenson April 20. It’s located within The Gardens Mall at 3101 PGA Blvd.

Rosetta Bakery
Rosetta Bakery will open a cafe and speakeasy concept at The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami. Rosso Development and Midtown Development,two Miami-based real estate development firms, and Standard International, a New York-based hospitality group, announced the Italian restaurant will open its two outposts on the property’s ground level. The cafe will be 2,500 square feet and be located next to The Standard’s lobby. Rosetta’s speakeasy will be an outdoor terrace bar that measures 1,200 square feet. The Standard Residences is located at 3100 N.E. First Ave. It’s under construction with completion slated for late 2024.
Tiffany & Co.
Miami Design District announced Tiffany & Co. opened a new flagship store on April 24. The two-story jewelry boutique is located at 160 NE 40th St. Tiffany’s exterior features a flowering facade designed by English artist Damien Hirst. The boutique’s interior features art from Daniel Arsham, a contemporary artist from New York.
Top Shell at The Singer Oceanfront Resort
The Singer Oceanfront Resort’s new beachfront bar Top Shellhas opened to the public. Located at 3700 N. Ocean Drive in Riviera Beach, the newly renovated Singer Island bar offers co*cktails and shareable plates, including aseafood charcuterie boardandsticky beef skewers.
Maíz y Agave Cocina Mexicana
Maíz y Agave Cocina Mexicana, a three-story Mexican restaurant in Coral Gables, opened April 26 at 375 Miracle Mile. The restaurant’s executive chef is Christian Moreno, who hails from Oaxaca, Mexico. Menu items include tostadas, guacamole and lobster tail. Maíz y Agave’s top level features a rooftop bar.
Prince Street Pizza
Prince Street Pizza, a pizzeria from New York City, announced it will open its first permanent Miami location at 521 Lincoln Road in the fourth quarter of 2024. The restaurant said the Miami Beach outpost will be its first brick-and-mortar location in South Florida after a successful tenure at Oasis Wynwood, an outdoor food and beverage venue.

The Good Feet Store
The Good Feet Store opened its 18th Florida location in Miami on April 13. It’s located within Pinecrest Place at 7890 SW 104th St. The arch support store is owned by franchisee Kim Scaccia.
Ocean Prime
Ocean Prime, a seafood restaurant under Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, will open at Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Marina in spring 2025. The Ohio-based restaurant group said it plans to open a 15,000-square-foot Ocean Prime at171 Las Olas Circle. It will accommodate up to 400 guests across its two-level restaurant. A private dining room and outdoor patio will be built into the property.
The Moore
The Moore, a historic landmark, has reopened in the Miami Design District. Located at 4040 NE 2nd Ave., the 90,000-square-foot property houses a private social club, boutique hotel, executive offices and gallery space. The building has reopened with a new restaurant called Elastika, which is set to open on this weekend. Elastika’s executive chef is Joe Anthony.
